FAQ
What's the difference between the market and the swap?The market is for all vendors (including fashion vendors) selling new items. It's from 11am-5pm and takes place in the Main Hall.The swap is for attendees, bringing used J-fashion items for sale and swap with fellow attendees. It's from 1:30pm-3pm in the Garden Room (adjacent to the main hall).Entry is free for both!!Where do I park?There is FREE on-site parking. After turning off Center St for the Bob Duncan Center, park in the lot on the left side of the building.Can I bring my dog?The Bob Duncan Center has a NO PETS policy.What if I want to be a vendor?Vendor sign-ups for 2025 are closed. ♡ No replicas unlabeled as such.

♡ Bring Your Own Hangers!
♡ A limited number of tables and clothing racks will be provided but please feel free to bring your own racks if you are planning on bringing a large amount of items.
BE RESPECTFUL AND MINDFUL
♡ You are responsible for your own self and belongings.

♡ The swap is for indiviuals looking to sell and swap gently used J-fashion items.
♡ If you're looking for a table to sell your business's new products then feel free to sign up as one of our Main Hall vendors next year!

♡ Consider bringing cash for easy transactions.
♡ Label your items with measurements and prices to increase their likelihood of selling.

Policies
General
KiraKira Market is a one-day indoor Anime and J-fashion Market that will take place at the Bob Duncan Center in Arlington, TX. (2026 Date TBA) Participating vendors must complete table purchase in order to secure their spot at the market.
Venue Policies
Our venue does NOT allow collection of sales tax without permit. If you don't have a sales tax collection permit be sure that your prices do not include sales tax.
Vendors CANNOT attach anything to the walls or ceiling of the venue, all decorations must be free-standing. Please refrain from using confetti or loose glitter.
Vendors must leave the space how they found it. All personal items, food/drink, and decorations must be taken with the vendor at the end of the event or thrown away in a designated trash can.
No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drug paraphernalia is allowed at KiraKira Market.
Vendors are responsible for their own belongings and themselves. KiraKira Market is NOT responsible for any theft, damages or personal injury that may occur while on the premises of the event.
The Bob Duncan Center has a NO PETS policy, with the exception of service animals. You are encouraged to have your service animal be visually identifiable to Bob Duncan Staff via a vest, collar, etc. to ensure it is not mistaken for a pet.
Bootleg, Art Theft and AI Art Policies
Bootlegs/Replicas of legitimate goods, that are unlabeled as such are NOT allowed at KiraKira Market.
Blatantly stolen art, with little to no transformation from its original is NOT allowed at KiraKira Market. This includes official art protected by copyright.
AI generated art is NOT allowed at KiraKira Market.
18+ Policies
KiraKira Market DOES ALLOW the sale of some items that may be considered 18+.
Any 18+ items must be displayed in a way that adheres with state and federal law.
Any 18+ items must NOT be displayed in direct sight (aka keep it covered up!). The vendor must check for valid ID to confirm any customer's age before allowing browsing or purchase of 18+ items. (Yes, every time!) The display of any 18+ items must adhere to any additional instructions from KiraKira Market staff or Bob Duncan Center staff.
Refund Policy
Any table or ticket purchase is non-refundable, except in the event of KiraKira Market being cancelled.

Please behave with common courtesy. Please do NOT engage in harassment, bullying, or illegal activity at KiraKira Market. Report any issues you experience to staff.
